A north vs. south Premier League all-star match?

At a conference in New York City, Todd Boehly proposed a number of new ideas that he thinks would improve the money and attention given to the Premier League, including the introduction of an all-star North versus South game to help raise money for the English football pyramid.
Just so we're all aware - the Premier League made $6.2 BILLION last season. Not exactly struggling. This past summer transfer window saw Prem teams splash more cash than all clubs in Spain's LaLiga, Italy's Serie A and Germany's Bundesliga combined.

Look, we're Americans too (alright, two of us are half Brits). We love Apple pie, cheeseburgers, MLB home run derby's, and the Super Bowl. But this ain't it chief.
