Jurgen Klopp Confirms Swift Kicks' Suspicions That He's A Bond Villain
The Liverpool manager says he doesn't want to be the new 007.

Jurgen Klopp insists viewers would turn away from the James Bond films if he were cast as the next 007, after fans suggested he could be the next replacement for current Bond actor Daniel Craig.
When talking about the role at MI6, Klopp said: “I don’t want to be James Bond. As a kid I wanted to be James Bond but that was long ago."
For years, the Swift Kicks Podcast has called Jurgen Klopp a bond villain. The glasses, the beard, the up-market turtle necks and shady baseball cap; It's a distinguishable look that lead us to believe he lives in the same layer as Dr. No, Auric Goldfinger and Max Zorin. Klopp would only ever deny wanting the 007 role, because he's been seeking to destroy him for years. The thought process on this 100% checks out.
Klopp wrapped up his statement to the press ahead of Liverpool's big match against Man City saying: “It is a great story. Thanks so much for having these nice words but I’d be a really bad James Bond because when I walk out of the water in swim shorts I think that would be the moment when the whole world would switch off. But no problem, we all have our jobs to do in life. He has to save the world, I have to help Liverpool from time to time.”
We're on to you Klopp.
